"Bouncing" Pages When Scrolling in Berry Pro

When scrolling down on a page where body text or page elements (blocks, forms, etc...) extend beyond a single screen in length the page "bounces" when the footer enters the screen. It's really annoying.

Has anyone else expreienced this or have an idea of where to get started trying to resolve it?

Do you face this issue throughout the website or only on specific pages??
