This is the default position and display of page title in Edu-X-Pro theme.
By default, Edu-X-Pro theme will place the Page title block in Page Header region. If it is not placed correctly, place Page title block in Page Header region.
Navigate to:
Home 
Administration Structure Block layout
example.com/admin/structure/block
Now place Page title block in Page Header region and save.
Title Position
You can set its position to Left / Center / Right from theme settings.

Home Administration Appearance Appearance settings Edu X Pro
example.com/admin/appearance/settings/eduxpro
